CAKE SMASH! – Oliviahs First Birthday

I first shot the adorable Oliviah when she was just a wee bub and back in June I got to photograph her first birthday Cake Smash!
Oliviah had a ball smashing into the cake her mummy had made and we got some cute shots of her covered in cake.

My Family

 

A tradition started in 2013.
Every mothers day the whole side of my mothers family gather at my Uncles farm, we have a barbeque and we update our photos.
The last year was hard for us, we lost my Grand Father in September 2013.
RIP Pop, forever missed.
This year we had a little bit more time to plan our shoot, once again we involved the old car as its very much apart of the family.
We even welcome two new bundles into the family in the form of TWINS!

Erika, Ben and baby Oliver

Back in May I had the pleasure of shooting the beautiful Erika and her partner Ben in a maternity shoot. These guys came all the way over from Tamworth just to have a shoot with me!
I felt very blessed.
Erika and Ben were the cutest couple ever and this resulted in some amazing maternity imagery at one of my new locations.

Then baby Oliver came early and I had the pleasure of going to their home in Attunga to take their first family portraits in a lifestyle type shoot!

I found some black paint and have been obssessed with black paint on hands for a little while now…
At the end of April I grabbed my Moree model Tayla and went out to a new location (Which I ADORE!)

And of course every school holidays my littlest sister comes up to Moree and stays with me for a week.
And naturally we do a shoot every time she does!
The best thing about shooting my sister is she goes along with any crazy ideas I happen to have and for this one she gladly let me paint her face in the sugar skull art.
